The St Clair County Sound of the Saints High School Marching Band
St Clair County High is a small school in the expanding community of Odenville, AL.
Odenville is 20 miles northeast of Birmingham, AL. This small ensemble is experiencing rapid growth! This fall, the band will have 100 members for the first time in its existence! This hard working group of young people earned the highest marks on every assessed event they participated in last year, and they are VERY excited to have been invited to perform on this wonderful, international stage! We believe ‘London Loves Life’ and the Saints love London.
Panash Steel Orchestra UK
Panash Steel Orchestra UK is a steel pan orchestra and dance group, consisting of members aged from 6 to 80 years, of all technical abilities. Our aims are to promote the steel pan, run classes for the local community and to transcend cultural, social and class barriers to create an atmosphere of fun and learning for all! Panash Steel Orchestra UK is therefore very excited to be bringing a taste of Caribbean life to London, on January 1st at LNYDP 2020!
Panash Steel Orchestra UK was originally formed in 1983 by David Griffiths in Harrow, North-West London. The Orchestra was briefly disbanded in 1996, however in 2008 under the excellent guidance of Jay Butcher and Varina Kellmen, who remains the current Orchestra Director!
IAM RoadSmart is a Road Safety Charity helping riders and drivers improve their skills to reduce accidents, which in turn, greatly improves lives. ‘Making roads safer is at the very heart of everything we do’ and we look forward to showcasing our charity and the work that we do at LNYDP 2020!
IAM RoadSmart is the UK’s largest independent road safety charity. We were formed in 1956 and have spent more than 60 years making the roads safer, by improving driver and rider skills through coaching and education. This is all done by our qualified experts, who are all un-paid volunteers and the very lifeblood of the charity.
The turn-of-year tradition, much loved across the Capital and around the World, is eagerly anticipated by participants, tourists and television viewers alike.
The annual event will be the 34th to light up London and will once again generate many hundreds of millions of pounds for businesses, hotels and restaurants along the route.
