Varsity All American Cheerleaders, Dancers & Spirit Performers group include Universal Cheerleaders Association, Universal Dance Association, The National Cheerleaders Association, The National Dance Alliance and The United Spirit Association

Universal Cheerleaders Association was founded in 1974 by Jeff Webb to provide high quality educational training for college and high school cheerleaders through summer camps and clinics on college campuses. UCA’s goal is to inspire leadership on and off the field. All of UCA’s material and programmes are centrally focused on the traditional role of cheerleading.

Universal Dance Association was founded in 1980 as Universal Dance Camps. Jeff Webb and Kris Shepherd started UDA to provide high quality educational training for college and high school dancers through summer camps and clinics on college campuses. From the beginning, UDA focused on the highest standards, the finest instructors, the best choreographers and the most exciting and innovative routines anywhere! UDA’s goal is to inspire leadership among today’s dance teams.

The National Cheerleaders Association was founded in 1948 at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas by Lawrence “Herkie” Herkimer. His vision was to create an atmosphere where cheerleaders could learn all aspects of cheerleading to support their athletic teams and become ambassadors in their schools and communities. As the first cheerleading company, NCA is proud to be credited with developing many “firsts” – the first cheerleader camp, spirit stick, pom pom and uniform manufacturing company.

The National Dance Alliance, (formerly NCA Superstar and NCA Danz) made its debut in 1976. Throughout the years, NCA & NDA have hosted millions of cheerleaders and dancers at our summer camps, special events, and competitions.

The United Spirit Association represents a 65 year tradition of summer training camps and special events, offering top notch instruction and a creative environment where students develop skills, team unity, friendships and enjoy a positive learning experience. USA offers complete programs at all levels for Cheerleaders, Song/Pom, Dance Teams, Drum Majors, Mascots, Pep/Short Flags, Advisors, Leadership Team, Directors and Coaches.
