The first three UK participants for LNYDP 2018 have been announced!

Batala London Samba Band is part of an international group of Samba-Reggae bands formed in 2010. Their band members are drawn from a huge variety of backgrounds, religions and races. The band have performed at many events including the Olympic Opening ceremony, Football World Cup and they are proud winners of the ‘Best Samba Band’ award at the Notting Hill Carnival.

All of their drums and costumes are bough directly from Bahia, Salvador. All Batala bands, worldwide, wear identical costumes and perform the same musical repertoires.

All The Queens Horses add a certain sparkle to the equestrian world. Their passion for ponies and love of horses makes them expert in their field, while ensuring the crowd entertained with different themed outfits.

This is their 7th successive year with London’s New Year’s Day Parade and they are planning for 2018 to be the best performance yet. There will be a staggering 60 horses featured in the parade on January 1st. Keep your eye out for their themed custom made costumes!

The London & Surrey Mini Owners Club prides itself on being the largest regional Mini Club in the UK and is responsible for organising the World Famous ‘London to Brighton’ Mini run. Their follows are dedicated to the Mini, a true British institution.
