Barrington High School ‘Bronco’ Marching Band reside in the small village of Barrington, 55 km north west of Chicago, Illinois. The village was founded in 1865 and is famous for its rolling hills, horse farms and expansive countryside.

The marching band are very well travelled, performing across the U.S., Canada and Europe. This will be the second visit to London for the band, as they performed back in 2014. The band consist of two concert band ensembles, 2 large ensembles, several jazz combos, a theatre orchestra and several athletic bands.


Los Alamitos High School ‘Griffins’ Marching Band are from the sunny state of California. The school is situated close tot heir beautiful coastline and world famous Disneyland. Students at the school show great school pride and have been voted as the best student cheering section at their sporting events.

The band performing at LNYDP 2018 is comprised of their symphonic band, wind symphony, jazz band, drum line and colour guard ensembles.The band prove to be strong contenders when they enter local, regional and national marching arts championship events.



Shawnee Mission West ‘Pride’ Marching Band hail from Overland Park, Kansas, which was founded in 1905 and is the second most populous city in the state,. The Band are making their eighth appearance at LNYDP, which is more that any other overseas participant to date.

The Mission West drum line was asked to perform for the opening of the new Kauffman Performing Arts Centre – Home of the Kansas City Symphony and Kansas City Ballet.
